Characteristic collar shape
The jersey is characterized by a collar shape.
The material of the jersey fabric is soft and the collar line is gentle. Be careful not to bend the top of the collar like a Y-shirt.
Let's express the softness of the material with wrinkles
The jersey is made of soft material, so be sure to draw wrinkles with the softness in mind.
You can express the softness of the fabric by drawing large wrinkles that can be worn on clothes and drawing lots of wrinkles where the fabric bends.
The white line of the jersey is drawn with a thick pen
An essential part of the jersey is the white line pattern.
When drawing a line pattern like this, the thickness tends to fall apart. In such a case, you can easily draw a line pattern by drawing with a thick pen and drawing a line along the edge.
It is important to draw a line on the rubber part of the sleeve
When drawing the rubber part of the jersey hem or sleeve, the point is to draw the line of the rubber part.
Rather than just drawing the rubber part line, the thickness of the rubber part can be expressed naturally by drawing a solid image and bending the edges slightly inward. This drawing method is the same when drawing clothes lines with a sweater, so please be conscious.
